All digital products (ebooks, online courses, and digital downloads) are delivered **instantly** upon payment confirmation. No shipping is required.

- Downloads are fulfilled via the Digital Downloads app - check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email.

- Digital products are available 24/7 and can be accessed from any device.

2. Physical Products — Print-on-Demand

Physical products (mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, and other merchandise) are produced and fulfilled on demand through Gelato, our global print-on-demand partner. Items are printed and shipped after your order is placed — we do not hold pre-made stock.

Production time: 2–5 business days before shipping begins.
